Job Title: Maintenance Manager

-The overall management required to perform maintenance of all site equipment & Systems
-Coordinate with the Facility manager, Plant Engineer, EHS Manager, and Operation Manager to support operations activities
-Provide leadership in driving GE’s commitment to integrity, EHS, and Quality for the entire Maintenance team -Ensure that the entire Maintenance Team adheres to maintenance procedures-Periodically review and updates maintenance procedures to ensure plant goals and objectives are met -Provides the overall management required to perform maintenance of all site equipment and systems -Ensure all government permits and laws are adhered to - Coordinates maintenance activities and schedule with the customer -Manages maintenance support to the Operation Manager -Develops maintenance objectives consistent with achieving maximum plant performance to meet customer requirements in the most safe, reliable, economical, and environmentally safe manner -Establishes and manages the maintenance budget -Ensures that all maintenance activities are recorded in CMMS. Maintenance activities will be periodically reported to the Facility Manager. -Provides overall management to ensure that the warehouse is maintained in such manner to most efficiently support all plant activities. Maintenance Manager will ensure warehouse activities are accurately within CMMS -Assist the Facility Manager in all aspects of plant maintenance -Works with the plant staff to lead resolution to all equipment maintenance and performance issues. Issues will be periodically reported to the Facility Manager -Oversees and schedules all Maintenance personnel to ensure the facility is operated in a manner consistent with the Facility Manager and Owner’s goals and objectives -Cooperates the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Team to assure a positive work climate -Leads personnel performance reviews for the Maintenance Team -Will be on call 24 hours per day with backup from the Facility Manager, and Operations Manager
Other Quailification (Job skills/ soft skills) -Customer relationship building skills and self-confidence needed. -Strong leadership skills and be able to prioritize several initiative simultaneously. -Good communicatiion skills in both Korean and English -Excellent inter-personal skills -High degree of integrity -Strong initiative, Self driven, Aggressive
Requirement -Education: BS degree -Professional Experience: A minimum of 10Years experience working in the power generation.
