Job Title: Field Engineer

Hiring/Reporting Manager: Young-Oh Han, Service Manager (02-6201-4040)
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide Field services for maintenance, installation and uprate of power generation equipment - Mechanical, Electrical and controls
- Act as single GE technical representative on customer site of lead GE field team for execution
- Create practical solutions for power generation equipment problems
- Assist local service/sales team for business growth by providing technical support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in Mech, electrical of equivalent
- Fresh graduate with proven academic performance of 3 years experience in relevant fields
- Technical expertise
- Team leading skills with HQ engineering and HQ project management
- Matures self-starter, creative and initiative in problem solving
- Willing to travel to and work in remote sites, even on a short urgent notice
Desired:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English on technical matters.
- PC literate. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- High-energized and prudent individuals capable of overcoming pressures from challenging site work under demanding customers
- on-time delivery of external and internal requirements
- Familiar with GE internal resources - FMI, PAC, DART, EMIS, FRMT, technical manuals
- Experience with GE equipment - E/F calss GT, MK V-VI controls, EX2000/2100, LCI, HMI/Historian, DLN system
