Hello, I am Sukjean Kang.

My doctoral thesis is the world's first comprehensive study of the four elements essential to successful management of a company (leadership, organizational culture, knowledge productivity, and value creation). I have received feedback that companies and schools have difficulty deeply understanding and utilizing the contents of the thesis.

This thesis analyzes the following four representative Korean companies: LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, Woongjin Group, and Shinhan Bank:
• The impact of leadership on organizational culture and knowledge productivity
• The process by which organizational culture and knowledge productivity lead to value creation
• Strategic guidelines for sustainable corporate management
We conducted empirical research based on data from 2000 to 2010, and secured the reliability of the research by conducting qualitative analysis, in-depth interviews with CEOs and executives, and quantitative analysis, such as surveys and statistical analysis.
