1. Conduct and coordinate quarterly business planning process (Rolling Forecast) 2. Monitoring and analysis of sales/cost performance and other KPIs vs. budget 3. Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports to AH management and HQ 4. Analyze and propose improvements to internal processes and workflows 5. Act as divisional contact to CSD and coordinator of all accounting related issues 6. Supervise and direct central business support functions such as customer service and publicity and information 7. Provide support and maintenance of master data for CRM system 8. Develop, update and implement internal control procedures and policies for organization and controlling to make sure that all activities are in compliance with the policy |
1. University education with major in Business Administration or comparable 2. At least five years experience in accounting/controlling function 3. Experience with budgeting & planning processes 4. Experience with corporate controlling and reporting systems 5. Experience with SAP & CRM systems 6. Strong analytical skills 7. Excellent PC skills 8. Good command of English language 9. Leadership skills |
