Qualification (자격요건) |
Essential: - 5+ Years experience working in a sales or a support sales role - Proven skills in Account Management for service sales - Solid communication and presentation skills - Strong sales discipline - Proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills - Ability to work on complex solutions / situations - Ability to work in a team environment - Technical Skills (eg Word, Excel)

Responsibilities (업무내용) |
KEY OBJECTIVE The role has a strong customer relationship and sales focus. This individual has the responsibility to renew Oracle support contracts in a timely and accurate manner. |
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage a select number of territory accounts to achieve the assigned sales target - Renew support contracts in a timely manner per the standard renewal sales process - Build an excellent relationship with the customer and other LOB’s - Understand Oracle Support offerings ‘value of support’ and the customer benefits of =.these offerings (training will be provided) - Be able to convey Support offerings to external/internal customers - Use of Oracle Support internal systems (training will be provided) - Develop an excellent working relationship with other Oracle LOB’s - Deal promptly and professionally with all customer queries relating to support - Leverage and align with all relevant lines of business within Oracle - Understand and apply Oracle’s Business Practices (training available) - Self reliant use of Oracle Support internal systems (training available) - System Administration: - Accurately price and prepare support renewal quotations - Ensure Support Renewals are produced promptly and efficiently. - Processing of Customer name change / assignment documentation. - Identify and apply Oracle Business Practices. - Analyse, identify and rectify any contract inconsistencies. - Accurate updating (data entry) of systems used by Support Sales. |
