- To manage KPI of each channel, to
set/manage sales program/to analyze/review its efficiency and validity
- To analyze sales performance and to verify the applicability of management on statistics
- To set purpose of miscellaneous sales support work

To manage the progress of KPI achievement
To develop statistics regarding sales and to manage persistency
To prepare data for channel meeting and to conduct a meeting
2. To manage Sales Management Program (SMP) :

To manage Recruit T/O
To manage FC whose contracts has maintained poorly
To manage MIS persistency
3. To develop MIS (Sales MIS) |
- Good communication skills.
- Good understanding of FC business
- Good English writing skill
