■ Job Objective 1. Provide financial planning capabilities to Vision Care business with timely submission of 1. financial planning packages, including quarterly forecast, 1. ad hoc management analysis report, and others. 2. Support commercial team with financial and managerial analyses. 3. Cooperate financial planning with sales, marketing and SCM team. ■ Key Result Areas * Timely submit annual Operating plan (Op plan) to region 1. Lead annual operating plan process : gathering sales plans – sales volume by product by 1. sku, sales dept expenses, marketing plans – Advertising & promotion, 1. capital expenditure (capex), supply chain management expenses/ 1. cost like other product cost, indirect expenses 2. Analyze relevancy of each amount input from department and alignment of its input with 1. company direction 3. Work closely with regional team * Timely prepare Quarterly Business Review 1. Arrange data gathering and analyzing actual performance against annual Op plan 2. Provide management team with variance analyses with detailed comments 3. Analyze all key performance indicators like DSO, MOH, Cashflow, earning. * Timely submit quarterly forecast and business outlook 1. prepare forecast packages comparing with annual operating plan. 1. updating sales demand forecast – sales volume by product by sku, sales dept expenses, 1. marketing plans – Advertising & promotion, capex, supply chain management expenses/ 1. cost like other product cost, indirect expenses 2.
