Lead corporate strategy development and annual strategy planning process - Develop corporate strategy - Lead company/region/affiliated company-level strategy planning process - Provide as needed strategy and analytical support to companies/regions/affiliated companies - Coordinate strategic alignment between companies/regions/affiliated companies 2. Manage corporate portfolios - Generate ideas & work closely with company/region to improve corporate business portfolios - Evaluate specific businesses and develop portfolio strategies 3.
