2-3 years of work experiences in Information Technology industry. Specifically, SAP or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform solutions experiences are highly regarded. Need to be competent in English and Project Management. From technical education standpoint, Computer Science / Engineering, Industrial / Process Engineering, Statistics / Math / Quantitative Analysis, Operations Research and Master of Science are preferred. From business education standpoint, MID / BIS / CIS, Business Economics and MBA are adding significant value with technical under graduation degree.
- Deliver business value of improving Distributor productivity and cost saving
- Make Distributor ERP solution available that meets Korean Mega Distributors and Wella Distributors
- Drive adoption of Distributor ERP solutions
- Manage key users’ system mastery to drive standard operations and skill improvements
- Vendor management for Distributor ERP solutions
- Change management for Distributor ERP solutions
- Issue handling and escalation to ensure service availability
- Manage the service level of Order Acquisition system operations
- Change management for Order Acquisition services
